As we cruise, our crew shares stories and history that bring this iconic coastline to life. Keep watch for dolphins, sea turtles, and, in season, humpback whales along the way. As the day winds down, enjoy light appetizers, a freshly prepared dinner, and drinks on board while taking in a beautiful sunset to close out your time on the water. Set in real, ever-changing ocean conditions, this is a memorable and adventurous evening on the water.
Highlights
Take in the Napali Coast in the late afternoon, where towering sea cliffs, lush valleys, waterfalls, and sea caves create one of the most iconic landscapes in Hawaii. The changing light brings out depth and color along the coastline in a way that’s unique to this time of day.

Keep watch for marine life along the way, including Hawaiian spinner dolphins, sea turtles, and, in season, migrating humpback whales. These waters are active and full of life.

Check-in time is the time we ask all guests to be present and ready at our Port Allen Marina Center office. You’re welcome to arrive prior to this time.
Shortly after check-in, the captain will begin a group welcome, roll call, and, if needed, a Weather Briefing to set expectations for the day’s conditions and route.
Guests who miss the check-in and the captain’s briefing will not be able to join the tour, even if the vessel is still at the dock. Please allow extra time for parking and traffic to ensure a smooth start to your day.
All passengers must be able to walk 0.25 mile (400 meters) from check-in location to the vessel & walk across our 15-foot (4.5 meters) gang plank unassisted.

Due to the adventurous nature of our tours and Kauaʻi’s ever-changing ocean conditions, the following restrictions apply for your safety:
- Pregnancy at any stage
- Children under the age of 5
- Use of mobility aids, including wheelchairs, scooters, walkers, or canes
Conditions on the water can feel similar to a rollercoaster, horseback ride, or off-road vehicle. For this reason, this tour is not recommended for guests with:
- Recent neck, back, knee, or hip injuries or surgeries (within the past 12 months)
- Chronic back, joint, or neck conditions
- Limited strength, balance issues, or difficulty supporting themselves while seated or standing
