Check-in at Kewalo Basin Harbor 30 minutes before departure. Trolley transportation from Waikiki available.
- Shoes are not allowed on the boat for safety. Storage is provided onboard. Clean reef shoes and grip socks are permitted.
- Limit belongings to one bag per group due to limited space
- Meals do not accommodate allergies; prepare your own food if necessary
- No outside alcoholic beverages allowed
Turtle-Sighting Guarantee Policy
- The Turtle Guarantee allows free rebooking only; no refunds are given if no turtles are sighted.
- The captain will only designate a tour as a “no-turtle-sighting tour” if no guests on the tour spot a turtle. If even one guest sees a turtle, the tour will not qualify as a “no-turtle-sighting tour.”
- If the captain determines that no turtle was sighted, you may rebook the “Turtles and You” tour for free until a turtle is seen.
- Free rebooking is only valid for tours with open seats, and specific dates or times cannot be guaranteed.
- Guests who cannot join another tour during their stay may redeem the Turtle Guarantee at any time within three years of the original tour date.
- Free rebooking applies only to the original guest(s) and cannot be transferred.
