This policy guarantees that the vehicle is dedicated solely to your group for the duration of these longer excursions, providing you with the freedom to explore at your own pace without the pressure of a ticking meter. Clients should also be mindful of our operating hours. Our standard rates apply from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. If your event runs late into the night or requires an early morning start, we are fully equipped to serve you, though these off-hours requests will incur a charge of 1.5 times the standard rate. This structure ensures we can provide 24/7 reliability for your most critical transportation needs.

To maintain this environment for every client, we enforce a strict damage policy: an accident on the floor results in a $100.00 fee, while seat damage incurs $200.00, and a combination results in $300.00. Secure Booking and Customer-Centric Flexibility

Securing a high-demand vehicle like the Sprinter Van requires a commitment from both parties. To reserve this vehicle for your specific dates, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit ensures that the vehicle is taken off the market and reserved exclusively for you. The remainder of the balance is due at least 7 days prior to the event, streamlining the process so you do not have to worry about payments on the day of service. All payments are subject to the HI Sales Tax of 4.712%.

While the deposit is non-refundable, we have structured our policies to be as accommodating as possible regarding life’s unpredictability. We understand that plans can change due to forces beyond your control. Therefore, we allow rescheduling to accommodate situations such as Poor Weather, Natural Disasters, Medical Emergencies, or Travel Delays. This means that if a storm hits or a medical issue arises, you do not lose your investment; instead, we work with you to find a new date. Additionally, we offer a Special Kama’aina or Military Discount of 10% (verification required) as a gesture of gratitude to our service members and locals. These policies reflect our commitment to providing a service that is not only premium in quality but also fair and reliable in practice.
